THE MONTH OF THE HOLIDAYS

April is the month of the holidays. In Vietnam, we commemorate the Hung Kings on April 11, as well as Reunification Day and Labor Day from May 2 to May 3. Easter is celebrated in Australia and New Zealand from April 15 to April 18.

Holidays offer you the time to relax, rest, step back and spend time on your personal life. Holidays also serve as one of the best, if not the best way to ensure good productivity at work.

Please do not forget to arrange and set up your tasks to ensure that the holiday will not interfere with the progress of the project.

We wish you and your family peace, love, and happiness during the holidays.

PTN PUBLICS THE RCA PROCESS

PTN promulgates the RCA process, effective from April 15, 2022.

The purpose of this process is to identify and analyze the causes of problems and to take specific action to remove the causes and prevent the occurrence of problems in the future. This policy applies to all PTN members. Please see detailed information here.

The process will be reviewed and has further updates if needed. If you have any questions about this procedure, PTN encourages you to contact the Operation Manager.

PTN FORMS A BADMINTON CLUB

A badminton club was formed on Apr 13 with 32 members. Badminton brings benefits ranging from increasing life expectancy and mobility to promoting heart health and exercise for participants.

Badminton is a two-person sport. Playing with an opponent will not only help improve your game but also enables you to learn and cultivate sportsmanship.

Join us every Wednesday, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.! Visit our club at Skye via the link.

HAPPY HOUR

Did you ever think that the last working day of every week is really stressful and boring?

Not really! We have something for you: HAPPY HOUR. We paused offline happy hour for a long time due to COVID-19, but we are now back!

Happy Hour is one of many benefits we offer for PTN members. Every afternoon Friday, we celebrate a small party with food and drinks supplied. Stop working and get together, we share our working stories in a week.

Moreover, we understand that work-life balance is very important. Therefore, we believe that these moments will help create a friendly, comfortable, and cohesive working environment for our staff. We are sincere that!!

CEO TALKS

Now, we will continue to CEO Talks with guests Phong To and Khan Tran.

Phong To: What do you think about choosing one day of the year as the PTN's traditional day?

Yes, sure. Our anniversary is Feb 14. I hope that it is a chance for all PTN members over the world reunion in this day. We can also invite our customers to come along with us. In July, OpenOffice's customers will visit Can Tho Office. Before the outbreak of pandemic, OnCall's customers came to Can Tho. We also planned to send one team to Australia, but we had to cancel due to COVID-19.

Khan Tran: There are many new PTN members but we do not have enough workspace for all. Do we have a plan to move to a new office?

Anh Hung is discussing with the owner of the building we are currently renting. We will look for another building if there is no available space. We must prepare enough workspace to bring all members return to office.

Phong To: What do you often hear from customers about PTN? What needs to be promoted? What needs to be improved?

We received a lot the compliments. But really for me, the compliments are not as important as the complaints. The reason for this is that if we make a mistake once, customers will remember it, even if they do not remember what we did well. The complaints will be something for us to improve.
