Welcome back! We cannot believe how fast September has flown by and now we meet again in the Newsletter of October. Please continue to read the newsletters as they will contain all the important information you will need to know for the month.
Our business has very big opportunities to develop but we are not available to extend because of lacking resources.
We need at least 30 Junior and Senior Developers who are talented in ReactJS, Angular, .NET, PHP, Ruby on Rails, VueJS, ExtJS, NodeJS, AWS, and Java. Priority will be given to internally referred candidates.
Feel free to refer any of your friends will related qualifications and expertise. A small amount of 1,000,000 VND to 4,000,000 VND to express our thanks for your help.
PTN GOT ISO 27001:2013 CERTIFICATE AND STARTS TO ACHIEVE CMMI STANDARD
With ISO 27001:2013 certificate, PTN can demonstrate commitment and compliance to information security. Complying with this international certificate can help PTN win customers’ trust and new business opportunities.
The next milestone of PTN’s standard to achieve is the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). It is a process and behavioral model that helps PTN improve processes and encourage productive, efficient behaviors that decrease risks in software development. A kick-off meeting of our CMMI-3 program was organized at the end of September. Project Leaders have an important role to play in the success of the program. CMMI helps project leaders understand the information, scope, requirements, and roles of each member of the project, thereby developing their project management skills.
This October, PTN welcomed its 106th member. This is a special mark in the development of our resources. We started under 10 members in the two years before and have surpassed more than 100 members now. PTN would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thanks to PTNers who have been accompanying and grown up with our company.

TECHNOLOGY GROUP RECEIVED NEW GOVERNANCE RESPONSIBILITY FROM OCTOBER 2021
Technology Group is established in early July 2021 with SME Team. In October, BA and Presale become important parts of Technology Group to take responsibilities in general business support, improvement to technical capability and support broader PTN Global business strategy.
ANNUAL LEAVE IS STILL ESSENTIAL WHEN WORKING FROM HOME
Working from home in COVID-19 lockdown can offer greater flexibility over your schedule; therefore, it seems to be a reason for taking annual leave decreased. Many types of research show that if you take annual leaves, you can be more motivated about your work and perform more effectively than those who do not.
In addition, annual leave is vital to promote good physical and mental health in the workplace and will improve your work-life balance. It allows individuals to take time to rest and re-energize which can result in stress reduction and improve mood, benefiting your morale. So taking breaks from work, whether that work is based at home or in a workplace, always benefits you.  |
TRICK OR TREAT
You already know that Halloween takes place on the last day of October in countries Western, but here is something you might not know: Halloween is actually an ancient Celtic festival, marking the transition to the New Year, the end of the harvest, and the beginning of winter. The Celtic people believed that during this short time, from October 31 to November 2, according to the solar calendar, good and evil spirits will return to earth. In order to confuse bad spirits, people will wear costumes and disguises as demons so as not to be harmed.
Nowadays, Halloween becomes a popular holiday. Children will wear devil costumes, go in groups and carry baskets of sweets, pumpkin lanterns... Then, the children will knock on the door of each neighbor's house in the neighborhood, wait for them to open the door, and happily scream: "Trick or Treat", hope to have their bags filled with candy. It will be a night of fun for those who participate.
